Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are usually held the third Thursday of each month at 6pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall.  The Zoning Board of Appeals makes recommendations to the City Council regarding Zoning Variances, Special Use Permits, Zoning Map Amendments, and planning issues.
